About Angel In Oh

Meet Angel! SMALLEST PUP, BIGGEST PLANS — independent from day one, Angel wasted no time plotting her great puppy escape at just 3.5 weeks old. This petite sweetheart from the ā€œPasta Litterā€ is a Great Pyrenees and Border Collie mix—blending the gentle devotion of a Pyrenees with the brains, curiosity, and enthusiasm of a Border Collie. The result? A confident, cuddly pup with a big heart and a love for being right in the middle of family life. Angel adores people, enjoys other dogs, and bonds deeply with her humans. She especially loves kids and would be thrilled to have one or two little humans to run with, play with, and cuddle up beside at the end of the day. She’s also already showing great instincts—the litter began using the proper potty area as young as 4 weeks old, a wonderful early sign of their intelligence and willingness to learn. Like her littermates, Angel will need structure, companionship, and space, along with people who understand these are highly social dogs who want to be true family members. A 5-foot secure, fenced yard is a must. Ideally, she’d love a large‑breed canine buddy, but she could also thrive as an only dog in a home where her people are around often—with plenty of playdates, of course! If you’re ready for a devoted, playful companion who wants to grow up as part of your family, Angel would love to meet you. Apply today and see if she’s the perfect fit for your home. HTTPS://NATIONALPYR.ORG/ADOPTION-APPLICATION/ Due to the high level of interest we can't respond to emails unless an application has been submitted. Our goal is to assess every application on its own merits. Key considerations are: 1) the experience of the applicant with large breed dogs 2) children in the household or regularly visiting the household are ready for a large-breed dog who is a guardian by nature (www.nationalpyr.org/know-the-breed) and 3) the sex of other dogs currently residing in the household to avoid same-sex aggression issues. For puppies under six months old, the applicant’s ability to socialize the puppy with older dogs is a priority. Secure VISIBLE fencing is required; invisible fencing WILL NOT contain this breed.
