About Mia
Mia has a big personality and an even bigger heart. Just 9 weeks old and about 8 pounds, this shepherd/lab/hound mix is on her way to growing into a sturdy, medium-sized companion with plenty of spunk. She’s a confident, playful pup who loves diving into the center of things—even when the older, bigger dogs are tearing around. Mia meets every new moment with curiosity and wide-eyed excitement. Affectionate and social, Mia likes to be close to her people, whether she's snuggled in someone’s lap or exploring the world around her. She’s happiest when included in all the action, making her a good match for an active household. Mia gets along well with other dogs and children and adores being in the mix. She’s not yet house trained, but at her age that’s more about timing and opportunity than trouble. She’ll be ready for adoption in about a month once she completes her vetting and is spayed.
