At 85 pounds, Colby brings warmth and joy wherever he goes, thriving in homes filled with children’s laughter and the purrs of feline companions. Due to life circumstances beyond his control, Colby is seeking a new forever family to shower with his love and loyalty. He adores swimming and anything to do with water—spending time in the pool or even a simple bath puts the biggest smile on his face! Colby is most comfortable as the only dog in the household, preferring to be the star of the show, but he happily coexists with cats and is especially gentle with kids. Since his world has changed recently, Colby will need a bit of patience when adjusting to new people or situations; a calm, understanding environment will help him shine.
