Meet Wishbone Wishbone is a 4-month-old Black Lab and Pit Bull Terrier mix with a sweet spirit and a gentle heart. He was adopted as a young puppy but was returned five weeks later due to no fault of his own. Through it all, Wishbone has remained polite, affectionate, and eager to connect with people. This handsome boy is already showing great early manners for his age. He will often sit calmly at the door when asked and looks to his people for guidance, showing that he is attentive, respectful, and willing to learn. With continued structure, consistency, and positive reinforcement, he is sure to grow into a well-mannered and devoted companion. Wishbone has an irresistibly sweet face, shiny coat, and big floppy ears that tip back when he's curious or excited. He's affectionate, people-oriented, and ready to form a strong bond with a family who will give him the stability and guidance he needs as he grows. They are also up to date on core vaccines, as well as heartworm, flea, and tick preventatives. Each adoption includes a 3.5-pound bag of dog or puppy food and a free vet exam at one of our participating veterinary partners.
