Bates came to SAIN Rescue through Quincy but was originally from Missouri. At first, he was very timid but he is quickly adjusting to his foster home. He plays well with his foster sibling and even started to play with his foster parents. He appears to have had a rough start in life as he doesn't seem used to being inside. Bates has run right into the sliding glass door a few times, thinking he was going right outside. Although that may seem funny, it is also sad. Bates is a puppy, who seems to have spent most or all of his young life outside. He is acclimating and enjoying the warmth of the inside. His neuter surgery is scheduled and he is fully vetted.
