Lucky is a young, 1-year-old pup who is ready to leave his past behind and start fresh with a family of his own. This handsome boy was found abandoned in a crate and came to us a bit underweight, but despite everything he’s been through, Lucky has remained incredibly sweet, affectionate, and eager to connect with people. He truly lives up to his name, soaking up attention and always looking for love. Lucky has lots of puppy energy and would benefit from continued training and structure as he grows. He’s still learning his manners and is excited about the world, so a home that can provide guidance, consistency, and patience will help him thrive. He seeks out affection and enjoys being around people, making him a great companion for someone who wants an interactive, loving dog. Due to his energy level and enthusiasm, he would do best with older children at this time. Lucky appears to be dog friendly, but we are allowing him time to gain weight and settle in before completing a full dog test. A dog meet will be required for any potential home with resident dogs to ensure a good fit. Lucky has so much potential and just needs someone willing to invest in him and show him what a loving home feels like.
