Charlotte is a senior sweetheart who is ready to trade in the shelter for a soft couch and a quiet, loving home. She is a medium-sized, stocky girl with a soft cream coat, warm brown eyes, and the sweetest, most expressive face. Charlotte has that classic “velvet hippo” look, with some features that suggest she may be a pit bull / Shar Pei mix, especially in her soft wrinkles and gentle expression. Charlotte truly prefers the slower side of life. She walks perfectly on leash, happy to stroll right by your side at a relaxed pace, taking in the world without any rush. She isn’t looking for adventure, she’s looking for comfort, companionship, and a person to call her own. She is incredibly affectionate and thrives on closeness. Charlotte is the definition of a couch potato snuggle bear, always ready to lean in, soak up attention, and just be near you. Charlotte did arrive with a pretty significant ear infection and is currently receiving treatment. She’s been nothing but cooperative and sweet through it all, and we expect her to feel much better soon.
