About Honey
Honey is one of four pups pulled from an overcrowded SW Virginia shelter, giving her a fresh start in Colonial Heights, VA. She’s a petite bundle with beagle, chihuahua, and pit bull in her mix—though her DNA is untested. Her size leans small for a “medium” dog, perfect for someone seeking a compact companion with plenty of personality. She sticks close like a little shadow, loves to play, and seeks comfort and warmth from her people. Honey gets along with dogs, cats, and kids and finds true comfort in company. Crate training is already underway, and she's learning the ropes for house training too. Her new adopter will need to continue her training and patience as she grows out of her puppy phase. At three months old, Honey is a textbook Aquarius: smart, social, and quirky. Ready to fall for a sweet, snuggly pup who wants to be wherever you are? Ready to fall in love?
