I'm Amber-a 61-pound Terrier mix with a BIG personality and an even bigger heart! I'm a total social butterfly and everyone I meet instantly becomes my new best friend. I've got this happy-go-lucky attitude that keeps my tail wagging and a big smile on my face most of the time. I can be a little silly and goofy, and I'll admit I do get distracted easily-there's just so much to see and do! I sometimes forget just how big I am and may come barreling in like a tiny puppy in a big dog's body, but it's all part of my charm. I've got zero sense of personal space and would happily climb right into your lap if you let me-I just love being close to my people! I'm a high-energy girl who will need a home ready to keep me busy both mentally and physically so I can truly shine. I'm still working on my manners and can be a bit mouthy at times, but I'm very food-motivated, so training with treats will go a long way with me! I might even do a little excited pee when I'm extra happy-it just means I'm really, really thrilled to see you! Because of my size and enthusiasm, I might be a bit much for smaller kiddos, but in the right home, I'll be the most loving, cuddly companion you could ask for.
