Hello Shih Tzu lovers! Meet Mei, she is 10 years old and 12 pounds. She is a small little lady, up until now she acts like she really hasn't had much socialization with people. I am happy to say we see improvement everyday. She will be very shy with a new person, and it will take her time to come around and be affectionate. We ask that you be patient with this little lady, she will also need to be taught how to walk on a leash. We are unsure how she will do with cats and kids. Mei dose have a dry eye in which she will need eye drops every day. All of our animals are provided with age appropriate vaccinations, spayed/neutered and microchipped prior to adoption. To meet our incredible dogs and offer them the love they deserve, stop by PAWS on Friday or Saturday from 10 - 4 PM, call us at 217-243-7297. We do applications in person or over the phone.
