Meet Pookie a sweet little girl who is about 3 yrs old. She is a shih tzu/bichon mix and weighs 21 lbs. She was given up because she and her brother started fighting which many times happens when you adopt siblings. She is in a foster home now with 9 other dogs and there hasn't been any fighting. She loves to give kisses and sit by you. She would also like to sleep with you if you would let her. Pookie’s adoption fee is $295.00, which includes up-to-date vaccinations, heartworm testing and preventative, spay/neuter and microchip. We are a 100% foster-based rescue and all of our dogs live in approved foster homes. We are dedicated to finding the best Forever Homes, and will perform home visits and conduct veterinarian and reference checks for each potential adopter.
