PLEASE READ FULLY BEFORE INQUIRING – WE RESPOND FIRST TO THOSE WHO PUT IN AN ADOPTION APPLICATION GIDGET IS CURRENTLY FOSTERED NEAR CEDAR RAPIDS, IOWA. Gidget was rescued from a “junkyard” in a small Oklahoma town along with his siblings and another dog from the same location. He is now safe in foster care and getting the chance to grow up in a loving environment while he waits for his forever home. Gidget is a sweet, cuddly, and loyal puppy who loves soaking up all the attention he can get. He enjoys squeaky toys, relaxing in his crate, and being close to his people. He can be a little timid at first, but once he feels comfortable, his affectionate personality really shines through. Gidget is potty trained and crate trained and is already doing well with structure and routine for such a young pup. He is also learning leash skills and continues to improve with each outing. He prefers not to be alone and will do best in a home where he can have companionship and reassurance. Adoption Information: All puppies have typical energy levels and require a dedicated adopter who is willing to invest time and effort into training. While we strive to start the potty-training process, please keep in mind that puppies this age are not guaranteed to be fully house trained. This is an excellent age to introduce him to children and other animals, as early socialization is key to his development! Gidget will be adopted under a neuter contract, with an adoption fee of $500. $100 of this fee will be reimbursed upon proof of neuter. He is up-to-date on age-appropriate vaccinations, on monthly preventative, dewormed, and microchipped. If you’re interested in giving Gidget his forever home, please complete our adoption application linked below. Thank you for considering this sweet pup!
