This is Lucian reminding you to get outside! Maybe even stop and smell the flowers once in a while. In fact, he'll join you! Lucian is a sweet, playful 2-year-old Pyr mix seeking his forever home. Before you ask, this boy requires a decent sized fenced yard, as he enjoys basking in the sun and will not settle for less (note his photos). He would do well in a home with sturdy kids, as his foster home has two kids, ages 9 and 11. He enjoys walking them to and from the bus stop with his foster mom, though he is still getting used to loud noises and those startling hydraulic brakes on the school bus. But he's working hard at being brave! Lucian is doing well being crated at night and is picking up on basic commands quickly. He'd be happy to show you how he can sit, shake and lay down. He doesn't currently live with other animals but had a play date with another dog and has been around a cat, who he seemingly ignored. He can be a little dominant playing with other dogs, so he'd probably do best with a more submissive dog companion, though he'd be fine as an only dog as well. Lucian does have one fault -- he is a massive shedder, so if you're not prepared to vacuum almost daily, he is not the guy for you! 🚕Lucian is in Nashville, TN and can travel.
