Shelilah is the total package: she is smart (knows Sit, Down, Paw, and more!), sweet, social. , and SOFT (her wavy velvety coat is like sensory therapy to pet!). Sadly, Shelilah found herself at Chicago Animal Care and Control twice in March: first as a stray, and then four days after she was adopted from CACC she was picked up off the streets again, and never reclaimed. Shelilah is perfection! She is a great age where she is past the crazy puppy stage, but still likes to have some fun. She is very treat motivated and loves training and enrichment games like nose work and puzzles. She is super smart and while she already knows a lot, we can tell she would love to learn even more! Shelilah is well-behaved with humans and with her dog friends. We met her twice at CACC and observed her in playgroup both times. She is a star! She is so much fun to watch play with her dog pals. She is a very intuitive player and is able to adapt to many different play styles. Shelilah is a gentle and pure soul, and we know she will find people who are deserving of her. She is waiting for you! Shelilah's adoption fee is $300. This animal is spayed, up to date on core vaccines, and Heartworm negative.
