They were found as teeny tiny puppies and taken in off the streets by a good samaritan. An organization down there helped get them vaccinated and healthy enough to travel, and sent them to us. We are happy to have them here! They are super shy at our shelter because once again they are in a new place, but with a little TLC and baby talk they come out of their shells. Philber loves other dogs - he was nervous at first, but then hopped right on in during the playtime. He was a hoot to watch with dog friend, Schmitty!
