Peanut Butter is a one-year-old Chihuahua who hasn’t had the easiest start in life. We received an urgent call for help after he was heartbreakingly thrown from a moving car and abandoned by the very people who were supposed to care for him. Despite everything he’s been through, Peanut Butter still has so much love left to give. He’s shy and timid at first, but behind those cautious eyes is a sweet soul just waiting to feel safe and loved. Peanut Butter will need a patient and understanding home—one with a friendly dog companion to help show him the ropes and teach him how to just be a dog again. With time, kindness, and consistency, he will absolutely blossom. He’s looking for that special person or family willing to give him a chance… and in return, he’ll give you a lifetime of love (and then some).
