About Trooper
Meet Trooper, a one-year-old male Chihuahua with a lot of personality packed into a small frame. This 7-pound pup came in as a stray and quickly proved how adaptable he can be, showing resilience in adjusting to home life. Trooper is classic Chihuahua: energetic, a little sassy, and always ready to let you know what’s on his mind. He plays well with other dogs and enjoys their company, though he definitely likes having time to himself too. Trooper is crate trained and settles down quickly with some reassurance. He’s working on his house training—it’s coming along with a bit of patience and consistency. Expect him to be talkative; if Trooper wants some attention, you’ll hear about it. He would do best in a home with adults or older children, especially one familiar with the quirks and charm of the Chihuahua breed. He needs a bit of structure, gentle boundaries, and someone with dog experience to bring out his best. He’s looking for a fresh start and a forever lap to call his own. If you’re the patient, Chihuahua-savvy type, Trooper’s ready to be your loyal little companion. Born May 31, he’s a Gemini—expect a playful, quick-witted streak.
