Meet Valentine — Your Loyal Shadow & Snuggle Queen If you're searching for a devoted companion who lives for connection, look no further than Valentine. This affectionate girl is all heart — a true best friend who will follow you from room to room, sneak in kisses whenever she can, and curl up close at the end of the day. Valentine is the definition of a “shadow dog,” but she’s also learning to enjoy independent time relaxing in the yard or sunbathing solo. She’s incredibly well-behaved, fully house-trained, and has proven she can be trusted alone (no destruction, even after a few hours!). She walks calmly on leash — even ignoring squirrels and other barking dogs — and is motivated by treats and praise. While she can live with other dogs, she’ll need a very slow, thoughtful introduction. Cats and small animals, however, aren’t her thing. At her core, Valentine is a gentle, loving soul who just wants to be near her person. She's young-ish, sweet-natured, and ready to give her whole heart to the family who gives her a chance. Adoption is $275, which includes spay/neuter at our vet, vaccines, dewormer, microchip, and clean bill of health. Although we work to potty train all of our dogs, we cannot guarantee full house training before adoption. Regression is a normal part of transitioning to a new home.
