About Gaia
Gaia is an 18-month-old German Shepherd/Malinois mix who came into rescue after being found as a stray mom raising 10 puppies. Once her puppies were safe, Gaia showed her own playful side, ready to enjoy life as an energetic, smart young dog. She’s quick to make a fan of everyone she meets, with a mix of affectionate charm and working breed focus. Gaia loves to play, learns quickly, and is happiest when she has structure and engagement in her routine. She settles well indoors and does best when provided meaningful activity—she’s been known to outsmart standard wire crates, so her foster uses a higher quality, escape-proof option. Out and about, Gaia walks nicely on leash and rides calmly in the car. She’s fully house trained and does well with other dogs, adjusting her play level to match their energy. Gaia thrives in a home familiar with working breeds—someone who understands she’s clever, attentive, and occasionally mischievous when bored. Gaia is in Bothell, WA and looking for a home that will appreciate her intelligence and bring out her best. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
