Zoey is a 6-year-old German Shepherd mix in Bothell, WA looking for a new beginning after her owner had to move for health reasons. She spent much of the last year crated, but she remains sweet, clever, and eager to be part of the action. Zoey is house trained, crate trained, and knows her basic commands like sit, lay down, and kennel up. She shows real shepherd smarts mixed with a goofy, playful energy; youāll see flashes of those classic Labrador vibes when she wants to run, play fetch, or take a dipāeven if itās just in the garden pond. On calm days, she settles down and prefers to be close but never demanding attention. With people, Zoey is confident and social, and she seeks out companionshipāshe loves being near her humans. Sheās lived alongside a cat before but hasnāt been fully integrated, so some patience and introductions would be wise if you have cats. Dog-wise, sheās friendly and enjoys playtime with her current fosterās resident dog, but sheād also do fine as an only pet if she gets enough interaction.
