Beckett is a small, adult, black male Chihuahua located at Pawsitively Saved Rescue. He is neutered and his vaccinations are up to date. While he does not get along with cats, he is full of energy and personality, and would do best in an adult-only environment. As a Leo, he is likely to have an outgoing and lively character.

About Beckett

This could be the start of something paw-some. Beckett is quite a quirky little dude! He is very energetic and loves to go for walks, get pets, and play. However, he does NOT like being picked up, and it's uncertain if this will change over time as he bonds with someone. As long as his boundaries are respected, Beckett is a loving and hilarious companion. He enjoys squeaky toys, gets along well with other dogs his size after proper introductions, and knows how to sit with the cutest prance. He expresses a clear desire for attention, often pawing at staff through his kennel as if to say "get me out of here!" Beckett recently enjoyed a field trip and was much more relaxed away from the shelter environment. At a winery, he was reactive to bigger dogs but seemed fine with dogs of similar size. While he loves going on hikes, he can be vocal when he hears noises and may do best in a home without shared walls. Beckett is still working on potty training and can be mouthy, so he'd likely thrive in a home without small children where his needs and boundaries are understood. Are you ready to give quirky, fun-loving Beckett the loving home he’s been dreaming of? Start your journey together! Apply now. Fun fact: Beckett’s birthday makes him a Leo—meaning he’s bound to love attention and show plenty of personality!
