Beckett is quite a quirky little dude! He is very energetic and loves to go for walks, get pets, and play! However, he does NOT like being picked up. We do not know if that is something that will change over time once he creates a bond with someone. As long as you respect his boundaries he is a loving and hilarious guy. He enjoys squeaky toys and does well with other dogs! He knows how to sit and has the cutest prance! Could Beckett be your guy?! He hopes so! He even paws at us through his kennel as if to say "get me out of here!" Beckett went on a field trip and here is what they said about him: Beckett seemed to chill out quite a bit when he got out of the rescue environment. He visited a winery and did pretty good; he's a bit reactive to bigger dogs, but would probably do fine with a dog more his size after proper introductions. He might do best in an environment without shared walls as he can be vocal if he hears noises. He is mouthy and not completely potty trained, but these issues could most likely be addressed with some training. Might be best in a home with no small children. He ended is field trip with a sort hike which he loved!
