Meet Skye. She is absolutely gorgeous, is about two years old, is spayed and weighs 55 pounds. She is a beautiful, very scared sweetheart. The effort to get to know her is worth everything because, while she takes time to get to know people, we have seen her start to trust and it is amazing to see. Okay, now back to Skye information... In her previous home, she was wonderful at being house-trained as well as being crate-trained. She would love a quiet household as meeting new people is stressful for her. She has lived with kiddos about 10 and up, has lived with a larger male dog and we are still monitoring her around kitty friends. Skye is all in to sleep with you, on her dog bed or in her crate. Her manners are wonderful and the more she gets to know you, the more she welcomes calm affection and love. Taking treats gently, sitting, staying/coming, laying down and going to her crate are a few good-girl behaviors she knows. Skye will most likely need multiple visits from interested adopters, but as we have already stated...she is SO worth it. We hope to see your email come through soon!
