About Hayden
Hayden is a sweet, intelligent, and affectionate 2.5-year-old Siberian Husky with striking red and white coloring. After living in a hoarding situation, he’s come out the other side loving people deeply and eager to be close. Hayden seeks out attention and happily presses his head into your lap for pets. He's crate trained, though still learning house manners and will need a patient adopter to continue working with him. Hayden must use a tie-out when outdoors. He gets along best with female dogs and needs careful introductions with males, especially unneutered ones—he would thrive as the only dog but could fit into an experienced multi-dog home. He hasn’t met many children, so a gentle approach there is wise, and he’s not recommended for homes with cats. Hayden is looking for a home that can offer him affection, patience, and lots of opportunities to be with his person—whether that's joining you for a walk or riding along on errands. If you’re seeking a loyal, devoted companion who is ready for a new start, Hayden could be the dog for you. Fun fact: born August 19, Hayden is a Leo, so expect plenty of warmth and presence.
