About Triscuit

Your new best friend is just one click away. Triscuit is an absolute lovebug who is always in search of a snuggle buddy. If you're not showering him with pets, he'll gently nudge your arm to remind you that he'd love some affection. He's a little bit short on personal space, always wanting to be close—ideally right by your side, or perhaps even on your lap! While a bit timid at first, Triscuit quickly warms up, especially when treats and cuddles are on offer. Though currently heartworm positive, Triscuit is lucky to have rescue support for his ongoing treatment. His adopter must be dedicated to follow-through on his care, including providing a calm environment and limited activity until he’s had vet clearance. Despite these restrictions, you can still glimpse his playful side, and once he's healthy, he'll be ready for more vigorous exercise and fun. Triscuit is microchipped for safety, and his rescue is committed to finding the right home while offering ongoing support. Please be mindful that every animal adjusts differently in new settings, and experiences in foster care may differ in your home. The rescue strives to share honest and loving insights about each dog's unique personality—and Triscuit truly shines as a sweet companion eager for a caring forever family. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
