Brennen is a 7-month-old American Pit Bull mix, about 40 pounds as of 3/10. He is very friendly, curious, and attentive. He is energetic outside and has appropriate energy inside. He loves being with people, sitting on their laps, and showing love. Brennen loves treats and learns quickly with them. He is crate-trained and mostly housetrained. As of 3/10 he still has about one urine accident a day in the home, even with constant attention and frequent outside trips into the yard. This foster believes this will resolve quickly and may just be a product of the environment change. Brennen likes to chew and play with toys, and sometimes he thinks non-toys are for chewing. He'll never chew on shoes, but occasionally he will try to gently chew or assess a random object with his mouth. Brennen is very good at coming when called (not so much his name, just a general whistle, etc) and mostly good at "sit." He sometimes responds to "lay down" and always responds to "no" or "leave it." Brennen is friendly with other dogs, but seems a little nervous as his tail goes between his legs. Usually, Brennen's tail is up and wagging! He is a happy, friendly, curious and loving puppy!
