Say hello to fun loving Norman! This guy was estimated to be a year old or more but based on his puppy play style and absolute silliness… he is probably just now a year old! Norman is about 50 pounds and loves to do things, all the things! He would love a playful dog buddy and someone ready to help him be an even better boy than he already is.
