Hi, I’m Calliope! I’m a 2-year-old female Pomski weighing about 25 pounds, and I came from a high-kill shelter down south to get my second chance at a forever home. I’m a super sweet little lovebug who can’t wait to find my family. I don’t meet a stranger — when you open my door, I’m right there ready for attention and cuddles. I absolutely love going for walks and do fantastic on a leash; I might pull a little at first, but I quickly settle in and walk nicely beside you. I’m gentle with my toys and belongings — I haven’t torn up blankets or squeaky toys, and I’ve only chewed on my rawhide bones. I’ve done wonderfully with all the dogs I’ve met and have been friendly and well-behaved around all of the rescue staff. I haven’t met children yet, but I can be kid-tested, and I can also be cat-tested upon request. I’m fully vetted — spayed, up to date on vaccinations, on heartworm prevention, microchipped, and current on flea/tick prevention.
