Hi, I’m Hansel! I’m a 2-year-old male Goldendoodle weighing about 45 pounds, and I’m just as handsome as my name suggests. I do wonderfully with other animals and truly just want someone to play with and give me attention. I’m not overly hyper — when I go outside, I’ll do a few happy zoomie circles, then I’m perfectly content to relax and stay close to my people. Being by your side is my favorite place to be. I’m also adjusting to life on three legs. I recently lost one of my legs, but doesn’t slow me down much at all. Every day I grow stronger and more confident. Soon, you may hardly even notice I’m missing a leg. My spirit is full, and I’m happy, affectionate, and ready to enjoy life. I came from a high-kill shelter in Texas, but those days are behind me. I’m neutered, fully vetted, up to date on vaccinations and preventatives, microchipped, and can be cat tested upon request. I’m ready to find a forever home where I can stay by your side for good.
