Chips is a 4-month-old 8-pound female Chihuahua–Terrier from Mexico and an absolutely delightful little personality: equal parts shy sweetheart and social butterfly. An introverted extrovert, Chips might take a moment to size things up—but once she decides you're a friend, she warms quickly and becomes a cuddle-seeking, kiss-giving companion who simply wants to be near her people. She is curious, observant, and wonderfully quiet, taking in the world around her with bright, thoughtful eyes. Despite her gentle nature, nothing seems to faze her. City sounds, busy streets, and everyday noise barely register for this confident little lady. She moves through the world with calm curiosity and a steady tail wag. Chips loves everyone she meets—kids, adults, and other dogs alike. She would especially thrive in a home with a confident resident pup who could show her the ropes and help her continue blossoming. She's incredibly smart and already shows signs of being a quick learner. She can even play fetch, which is impressive for such a tiny girl! During her time with her foster family, Chips has proven herself to be both gentle and affectionate. She enjoys exploring, meeting new friends, and then curling up for well-earned snuggles. She is bright, attentive, and eager to learn whatever her forever family wants to teach her next. Chips is also, quite frankly, a fashion icon in the making. Sweaters? Yes please—preferably many of them. She carries herself with the quiet confidence of someone who would absolutely join you for brunch, charm everyone at the table, and then settle into your lap for a post-mimosa nap.
