At about three years old, she’s hit her stride—house and crate trained, with just a few early whimpers before settling in. You’ll find her easy on leash, quick to pick up commands, and always eager for a treat. She brings medium to high energy to the table, but doesn’t need a yard—though she’d love the chance. Daily walks and a good couch cuddle are her favorite routines. Billie Jean fits in well both in the city and suburbs, gets along with other dogs, and has been appropriately neutral around dog-savvy cats. While not currently fostered with kids, she’s done well meeting them in social settings and would likely thrive in a home with children who understand dogs.
