Wilbur's chest is also not exactly formed as it should, and his trachea is abnormal causing him to have a blue tongue, but an oral bronchodilator every 12 hours has really improved this guy's quality of life and energy level. He has lived thos way his whole life so he doesn't know he is different. Wilbur is the sweetest, most outgoing guy you will ever meet, and his good looks are unmatched. He is leash trained, house trained, crate trained, and he can do steps too!
