About Miwak
Miwak is a quirky little Pomeranian with a dash of Poodle in his mix, and he’s on the lookout for his happily ever after in Lebanon, PA. This guy had a rough start—he arrived nearly hairless and severely underweight, suffering from untreated EPI (Exocrine Pancreatic Insufficiency), allergies, and a skin infection. Thanks to dedicated care, Miwak now sports a fluffy coat and an infectious puppy-like spirit. He’ll need to stay on prescription food with added enzymes and take a few allergy medications for life, but otherwise he’s a healthy, spry adult. Miwak loves romping with other friendly dogs, playing with toys, and going for walks. He’s still working on housetraining and sometimes marks, but a bellyband does the trick while he learns. Shy at first, Miwak quickly warms up and becomes a loyal friend once he knows you. He’s one-of-a-kind, both in personality and looks, and is ready for a family willing to continue his care.
