About Pogo
Pogo is a striking black and tan Pomsky with a reputation for both hilarity and boundless energy. At just four years old and weighing 20 pounds, he's had a few stops along the way but is ready for a place he can finally call home. Transitioning to new environments takes him some time, and his adopter will need plenty of patience and a good sense of humor. He'll need a secure, designated spaceālike a crate or quiet roomāwhere he can decompress if life gets overwhelming. Intelligent and wired for fun, Pogo has energy to burn. A home with a fenced yard is a must; he thrives when he can run and play, especially with other lively dogs of all sizes. Agility or lure coursing would be right up his alley since he loves the chase game more than anything. Heās playful with dogs but doesnāt do well with cats or children. Pogo can be reactive when meeting new people, mostly barking, and benefits from regular positive reinforcement and patient socialization. Distract him with a squeaky toy, though, and he forgets whatever he was getting into. Routine keeps him confidentāheās crate-trained and good for rides, grooming, or vet trips, especially with a little calming support. For the right active adopter who enjoys quirky, enthusiastic dogs, Pogo will be a fun and loyal companion. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
