Eddie is a 14-year-old Pomeranian/Lab mix weighing 22 lbs who still has plenty of pep left. He's happiest in a quiet, low-key home where he can nap in the sun and stroll around a fenced backyard. Eddie is mostly silent and only gets vocal if he’s feeling crowded by another dog. He needs to be your one and only, as he prefers not to share space with other dogs. Eddie warms up on his own timeline and will seek you out for attention when ready, especially if treats are involved—he never misses the sound of a crinkling wrapper. He's house trained, enjoys easy leash walks, but definitely does best with a secure yard since he doesn’t love every dog he meets. Eddie has some vision impairment, but it doesn’t slow him down; he navigates the house just fine. His coat is more Lab-like and only needs regular brushing. He eats small kibble comfortably, despite having just six teeth after his recent dental. With his gentle, undemanding style, Eddie will make an ideal companion for someone with a chill household.
