The loud noises and busy atmosphere have her feeling frightened, but everything changes the moment she steps outside. Once she is away from the kennel noise, her true personality begins to shine, and she opens up into a much more relaxed companion. The way to this girl’s heart is definitely through her stomach, as she is very food motivated and will happily bond with you over some tasty treats. She is very gentle when taking her treats. Sparkle also finds comfort in the company of friends. She bonds quickly with her people and enjoys affection. She has done well being bathed and tolerates all handling. Sparkle recently got to spend some time outside of the shelter on a Skip Day. Her companions described her as an "Amazing Cuddling Gem!" Her leash skills were at an expert level and she was well-mannered and gentle. She displayed laid back, yet fun behavior. She seemed to do well with children and other dogs when out and about. Wow!
