MEDICAL: Per intake exam on 3/1: "- waxy ear, left ear has more wax - clean nose , small scabbing - hair thinning on face, and slightly down back and on feet - BAR (bright, alert, responsive)" Per exam on 3/1: "Noted to have purulent vaginal discharge. Objective: Mentation: BAR Body Condition Score (BCS): 5/9 Muscle Condition Score (MCS): 3/3 - Mild dental calculus, no apparent oral masses or foreign bodies - Diffuse thinning fur coat with small areas of alopecia noted on dorsum and tail - Developed mammary tissue. Small amount of blood tinged mucoid vaginal discharge - extremely sweet, seeks out attention. Allows and welcomes all handling and exam. Assessment - Purulent vaginal discharge - r/o open pyometra vs UTI vs other - Diffuse thinning fur coat - r/o allergies vs infectious vs other" Per exam on 2/28: "Brief exam due to very high case load in back office. P initially presented for hair loss, but staff noted a thick purulent discharge that appeared to come from the vulva. Additionally, noted both milky and watery discharge from mammary glands.
