Bubba is a joyful, affectionate lovebug who thrives on being close to his people-if there's a lap nearby, he'll happily curl up in it! He's been doing great in foster care, settling into routine and working on his leash manners. He can be a little enthusiastic when greeting new friends, but he's eager to please, food-motivated, house trained, and crate trained (often putting himself to bed for naps). Bubba's fosters say it best, "He's the most adorable friend ever. Always happiest when all of his humans are in one room together. He is really just a very happy boy who is always excited to spend time with you!" Since arriving at PAWS, Bubba was diagnosed with congenital heart defects. He currently has no signs of heart failure and remains bright and happy, though his condition may impact his long-term prognosis. His future family will need to monitor his breathing, avoid intense exercise, and continue his special diet. If you're open to giving a loving, special dog the home he deserves, Bubba would be so lucky to meet you! ------------------------------------ This dog is considered a mixed breed because it's not accurate to identify breed mix by sight alone, so for most dogs, their mix is only a guess.
