Oliver is from a breeder. The original adopter could not handle his puppy energy and gave him to someone who in turn gave him to the people who have surrendered him. He is underweight and as you can see from his pictures, he was never groomed. He was crated long hours and not let out. Their neighbor rescued him after the man was taken to jail. The woman has some mental issues and was not capable of caring for him. When I got him he had a SPA day, Hair cut and bath. He is fully vaccinated, neutered and chipped. We are working on house training and he is doing good. He is crate trained. He is good with other small dogs. He will need patience and training. A somewhat active home would be best suited for him. Older children would be great. He still has his puppy energy, We are working on Sit, Touch, Lay and he is catching on.
