Toby is a sweet 7 year old, 8 pound Chihuahua mix with a big personality packed into a tiny frame. He came to us from an overcrowded shelter in Kentucky, and now that he's safe, he's more than ready to find a forever family of his own. This little guy loves nothing more than carrying around his small squeaky toys - they're his absolute favorite!
