About Sissy
Sissy is a chihuahua mix like you've never seen—tall, snowy white, with piercing blue eyes, an extra-long set of legs, a tiny head, and almost no neck to speak of. There’s a unique style to her, and her personality is just as memorable. She’s quirky, quietly independent, and has a comical routine with her kibble: she’ll roll a few pieces around, pounce at them, and generally turn mealtime into an odd but charming show. Sissy is deaf, startles easily, and has slightly impaired vision that makes her cautious in dim light, so she appreciates a home where she won’t be surprised by sudden movements or loud noises. Turn on an outside light for her before nighttime walks and she’s good to go. This little dog does best as an only pet—she’s highly selective with other dogs, probably not a good fit for a home with cats, and prefers the company of adults or older children who’ll respect her boundaries. She is potty and crate trained, responds to hand signals, and would thrive in a calm, predictable environment where she can hang beside you or get her energy out with a fenced yard or slow daily strolls. Sissy is searching for someone who appreciates her oddball charm and distinct needs, offering her both space and consistency. She’ll repay you with loyalty and some of the oddest laughs you’ll get from a dog. What are you waiting for? Apply today!

How much outdoor space does this breed typically need?
Chihuahua mixes such as Sissy don’t need much outdoor space, but they still benefit from safe outdoor access for walks or time in a securely fenced yard. Sissy especially enjoys leisurely walks or a secure backyard.
Is this breed typically suitable for homes with children?
Chihuahuas can live with children, but because Sissy startles easily and has special needs, she does best with older children who understand how to interact gently and respectfully.
