About Zar
Meet Zar, a loyal six-month-old German Shepherd mix with a big heart and an adventurous streak. Neutered, microchipped, and current on vaccines, Zar is all about sticking close to his people—wherever you go, expect him at your side. He’s a natural explorer who’s still working on his leash skills, but he loves heading out for walks and discovering new places. Zar gets along really well with other dogs and would be happiest with canine buddies to play with. He’s house trained, crate trained, and already knows how to settle into a routine. At first, Zar can be a little cautious with strangers, but a few kind gestures win him over, and his affectionate nature comes out fast. He was rescued with his mom from a rural spot, and now he’s looking for a forever family who’ll bring him along for every adventure. Zar has not been tested with cats and would probably do best in a home without them. If you’re looking for a young dog who’s equal parts sweet and curious, Zar may be your perfect match. They are waiting with paws crossed! Apply now!
