About Patricia
Patricia, or Patty Cake as she's known, is a five-year-old, 70-pound German Shepherd with a knack for winning hearts. She thrives around people and quickly becomes your shadow, eager to soak up affection and share a good snuggle. Patricia is especially friendly with other dogs her size and prefers not to live with small dogs. Cats are off the table—she hasn't been tested and would be happiest in a feline-free home. Moderate exercise is her pace; long walks and time spent sniffing around suit her just fine. Patricia walks nicely on a leash without pulling and is both house and crate trained, though she doesn't need confinement. Her foster family reports she's never chewed or been destructive. Patricia was found wandering rural Texas, but you'd never guess given how well she adapts and how well she rides in the car—she’ll jump right in when it’s time to go. She rarely barks unless there’s a reason, and can switch between couch potato and adventurer with ease. Patricia is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. She does have limited vision in her left eye due to a prior injury, but it doesn’t slow her down. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
