About Blake
Blake is a young German Shepherd mix with a love for playtime and plenty of affection to spare. Found wandering in the countryside without any ID, he got lucky when a rescue group stepped in and gave him and his friends a fresh start. Blake is still young and thrives on human interaction—snuggling with his people and curling up for naps are at the top of his favorites list. He has a soft spot for toys, too, and would never turn down a stuffed animal or squeaky ball. Blake does great with other dogs and would enjoy having a playmate in his new home. He hasn't met cats, but being young and eager to learn, he might welcome feline roommates with patient introductions. He gets along well with children and fits best with an active family that enjoys walks and fun. Blake is learning house training and crate training, picking up the lessons quickly. Leash walking is going well, too—he's sharp and eager to please. He's microchipped, up to date on vaccinations, and neutered, so he's ready to get into his new routine. Born June 21 under the sign of Gemini, Blake might just bring some fun-loving energy into your home. Ready to meet your new best friend? Apply now!
