Meet Eggnog! Eggnog is a 3-year-old pit bull–type sweetheart who came to us from City Animal Control, and she’s ready to find her forever home! This happy girl is full of playful energy and endless affection. She truly loves everyone she meets and has never met a stranger she didn’t adore. Eggnog is great with other dogs and would love a home where she can play, cuddle, and be part of the family. Whether it’s zoomies in the yard or snuggling on the couch, she’s always up for fun and love. The NAWS Dog Adoption Program operates as rescue versus a shelter. We believe in matching the right dog with the appropriate family based on each specific dog and family’s needs. To achieve this, we believe in spending the appropriate amount of time with each family to allow for enough interaction time with potential adopters. This cannot be achieved if people stop by unexpectedly to meet our dogs.
