About Henry

Henry’s journey hasn’t been easy. Found scared and unsure in a trailer park, Henry has grown from a worried young pittie to a loving companion who lives for human connection. Now about two years old, he’s a compact, muscled 50-pounder with a big soft side. When Henry goes for walks, he’s all about cuddles and soaking up affection, making him a gentle, easy-going partner on a leash. While Henry may be built like a tank, he much prefers cozying up for attention over roughhousing. He’s not fond of cats, and though he can get along with some dogs, Henry clearly wants to be an only pet—no competition for love in his perfect home. His transformation from frightened to devoted has been remarkable. Henry deserves to be someone’s one and only, a loyal friend who is never left behind again. Henry has a lot of love to give—he just needs a person or family to share it with. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and lets get started.
