Remy
AvailableRemy is a small, brown mixed-breed Dachshund living in Sequim, WA. She has a short coat, is spayed, vaccinated, and house trained. As a young female, Remy brings energy and enthusiasm to any family ready to welcome her.
About Remy
Remy came to the rescue after her previous owner passed away, but she hasnāt let that stop her from making the most of her new start. She warmed up to new people fast and now shows her lively, energetic side every day. Remyās still young and has plenty of pep, darting around with the kind of spirit you expect from a healthy small dog. At around 20 pounds, she strikes a sweet balanceāeasy to handle, not too small that youāll worry, but portable enough for adventures. Her short brown coat is low fuss and suits her style. Remy is best matched with an active household that will take her along for outings and play. She flourishes with routine exercise and would love a securely fenced yard to burn energy. Sheās house trained and used to living with another small dog, but shows more potential as an only dog where she can get all the attention she craves. Remy gets along well with children, bringing playful energy and plenty of affection. Sheāll need an adopter willing to work with her as she continues learning manners; sheās eager but still a work in progress. If you have family outings, a love of the outdoors, and a little extra patience, Remy could be the perfect fit for you. Give them the home they have been waiting for. Apply today.
