With younger, high-needs children in the home and some unexpected medical challenges, his family made the heartbreaking decision to find him a home where he could have the time and attention he craves and deserves. Oscar has been deeply loved and well cared for his entire life. He is friendly with both people and other dogs, and has experience living with cats and children. He has completed a board-and-train program with On The Mark Balanced Training and is fully off-leash and e-collar trained. Oscar is house-trained, crate-trained, and travels comfortably in the car.
