Tarin is the loyal, sleek black Great Dane who makes up one-half of a deeply bonded pair, along with his partner, Moonwatcher. He’s the more reserved of the duo, slow to trust but fiercely affectionate once you’re in his circle—expect plenty of leaning, sprawling, and attempts to claim your lap as his own. Nest-building with blankets is a favorite pastime. While Moon is the boss, Tarin is the emotional anchor, sensitive and eager for gentle attention, especially chest and chin rubs. House-trained on a schedule and happy with a couple of leisurely walks and a fenced yard, Tarin prefers a calm, predictable environment without frequent visitors or chaos. He gets along with other dogs but isn’t suited to busy parks or crowds. He thrives with older, dog-savvy kids and a quiet household rooted in routine.
