About Mama Malibu Pup: Capri
They are ready to love you; are you ready to apply? Meet Capri, a one-year-old female Lab mix who is equal parts cuddler and adventurer! With a playful spirit and a love for exploring new places, Capri is the perfect dog for an active family who enjoys getting out and socializing with their pup. She thrives on interactions, whether it’s joining you for brunch, hanging out at dog-friendly events, or being your companion on daily walks. Capri is very smart, loves to be cuddled, and is always eager to meet new friends—both humans and other dogs. Capri is house trained and walks well on leash, no longer needing to be crated, and she’s motivated by both food and affection. She does best with slow introductions to other dogs, but genuinely enjoys dog play dates and spending time with kids. While she loves to play and explore, she also appreciates her nap time and being close to her humans. Please note, Capri does have a medical condition—Juvenile Stage 1 kidney disease—which requires attentive ongoing veterinary care, including special prescription food, daily medication, routine lab work, and periodic blood pressure checks. She is currently healthy and living well, though a shortened life expectancy is normal with this diagnosis. Capri also receives injections for skin allergies as required. With the right care and lots of love, she’s sure to make a wonderful companion. Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you.
