Tobi has been through more than most—he came in from a local shelter where he landed after being hit by a car, suffering a broken elbow and several fractured ribs. He had surgery to splint his leg, wore the splint for weeks, and though he’ll always have a limp, it doesn’t slow him down at all. Tobi is blind, which suggests he is a senior, but the vet notes he has good teeth, so age is still a mystery. He's now neutered, heartworm negative, and chipped, and his lab work came back clean. More than any of that, Tobi is loved by everyone who meets him.
