About Tobi

Every animal deserves a happy ending. This one starts with you. Tobi is an incredible little Terrier who arrived at TLC Pet Rescue after being found injured, having been hit by a car. Despite a broken elbow, several fractured ribs, and surgery followed by time in a splint, he never let anything slow him down. He will always have a limp, but he gets around wonderfully and his zest for life is truly inspiring! Tobi is also blind, which has led to some uncertainty about his age, though his teeth are in great condition and his recent vet checkups and lab work have all come back positive. He is neutered, heartworm negative, and microchipped, ready for his next adventure. Tobi’s personality is as sunny as they come—he loves everyone he meets, is full of playful energy, and enjoys every moment, as you can see in his adorable Halloween photo. He is affectionate, cheerful, and always eager to please. A potential adopter should have experience with, or be willing to learn about, caring for a blind dog, as Tobi will rely on loving guidance to help navigate his world safely and happily.
